Shipping Process

For orders shipped within the Netherlands, we typically use PostNL or DHL.
Orders delivered to the United Kingdom may be shipped via DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination and logistics route.

Order Processing Times

We prepare and pack all orders with care to ensure your items arrive safely.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Processing Days: Monday to Saturday

Orders placed after 17:00 will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Times

Once your order is processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Transit Days: Monday to Saturday

Total Delivery Time

Total time from placing your order to receiving it:

  • 5–7 business days (Monday to Saturday)

This includes both order processing and shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is 100% free on all orders, no minimum spend required.

The price you see on the product page is the final price at checkout.
There are no additional charges on our website.

Customs & Duties (United Kingdom)

For customers located in the United Kingdom:

  • Any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by UK customs upon arrival are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Carlienne does not collect these charges.
  • You will not see any extra fees during checkout; your product page price is the final price from us.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If tracking is available, the email will include a tracking number and instructions.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address details are correct when placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for any issues arising from the mistake.
If the order returns to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided.

Changing Your Address

Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped.
Once your order is with the carrier, we can no longer modify the address.
